OBS says it’s recording for 2 hours, but the video is only 17 mins long

This is my first time recording any longer content with OBS and I don't know what I'm doing at all XD
It still says "stopping recording" and the file it has saved is 126 mb (17 mins) out of 1:45 recording time. It seemed to be working during recording and the preview was good. But even the 17 min vid is like a powerpoint presentation. Audio is good but it only shows a few frames.
Not concerned about losing the recording since I was just playing around with it, but would like to know for future reference what I did wrong :)

Code:
16:22:57.461: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 6003 (12.5%)
16:22:57.463: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 28750/28997 (99.1%)
According to your log, you're overloading your system completely. You're using an Intel IGPU and no discrete GPU, and it doesn't seem to be powerful enough to support both your game and OBS.

Ah that makes sense. Is there any way I could still record gameplay on this device? By limiting quality or anything like that? I really just wanted to use it to show my friends things that I saw from my perspective, not for anything professional.

Drop to 720 and turn game settings down a good bit... still pushing it depending on the game though
