Question / Help obs says im missing directx but im not. HELP!

Every time i install obs it says im missing something important from directx and i hit download and directx is telling me im not missing anything. so basically obs wants me to get something from directx in order to use it but directx is telling me i have everything required. PLease help :(!

Try using the .zip download instead. If you have this problem though, your DirectX install may be damaged.

i got the installer link right from obs

now its giving me an obs-application error.

uhh the application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b) is what is says

Is there any more text to the error other than that?
