My hotkey for saving replay buffer stopped working while I am running games in fullscreen mode. I can still save the replay if I alt+tab and hit the hotkey, but not while a game is in focus + fullscreen. I run OBS version 29.1.3 and as administrator. My setting for Hotkey Focus Behavior is set to Never disable hotkeys. I currently save my videos as mkv and automatically remux to mp4, however when in game and pressing the hotkey I see neither.
