Question / Help OBS Same settings as yesterday, today 100% CPU load

OBS Same settings as yesterday, today 100% CPU load.
No updates, nothing changes.
Temps at 60c.
Everthing is fine.
Suddenly, when i stream or record my CPU goes to 100% during the action. Wasnt doing that 24h earlier.
Using 2 PC to stream

Streaming PC:
CPU i7 4770k
GPU 660gtx
8 gig of ram
1TB HDD

1600x900
faster preset
60fps
5500kbps

that always worked, wonder what changed
I formatted the Streaming PC. Didnt change anything.
Could it be a driver? everthing is up to date.

help plz ty.

it also says now: Encoding overloading.
Feels like my CPU is not up to the task for some reason
NO OC.
no program running in the back ground.
