Hello,
I am new to the forums and to OBS. After OBS was installed and I try to run it and i get this error. I checked to see if I had that dll and I do. I googled the error itself and came up with nothing. Any help is appreciated.
Seems some system files may be corrupted as that's a Windows 8 function which nothing should be trying to use. Try using sfc /scannow to check for modified system files.
