OBS runs slow for no reason, loses frames and the recordings have worsened

I tried everything I know, and it's not about anything I got suggestions about, I now realized that OBS runs too slow when active, not just during recordings. That's why the imputs are so slow and the recorded clips have inconsistent quality and skipped frames. It never happened before February and I used this recording program since April, so is it a problem with the 29.0.2 update? Please give me answers, this ruins the quality of my videos.

Please restart your computer and then perform a test recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do. One single session, not start and stop several times.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

I don't know why, it did give a warning about that plugin for a while, but it never affected anything until two weeks ago. Is it because it's not compatible with OBS anymore with the 29.0.2 version?

I removed this thing and it didn't solve the problem. If anything, it may be worse. Even Youtube seems to be much slower when OBS is active, and the recording software seems even more unstable. Did I mess up something?

You need to review the analyzer that was already posted for you. This is from your last log:

As you can read in there, your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and is too underpowered to livestream using software encoding.

They can't just change everything so suddendly with an update that punishes who has more limited resources, this only frustrates others. I have this computer since Christmas 2020, and it's because the old one, which my family had for years, was not functioning well for so many months, it either crashed or froze for no reason at all. The computer I'm using it's new, so I don't understand what I have to do now. This is so frustrating.

What am I supposed to do now? This is so frustrating, an update that changes everything out of nowhere and punishes who has more limited resources. Back before the update, it never had this issue. And my computer is new, I have it since Christmas 2021. Now what? Should I go back to the previous version? How can I improve the hardware so that OBS runs at a consistent framerate?
