Question / Help OBS runs at low FPS, have high performance PC

So as read I have a very good pc and OBS doesn't run right. I have a 4K canvas scaled down to 1080 at 60 fps. When I hit the record button and go into a game, OBS records at 48 fps and the CPU usage is at like 6%. I get 60 in my game easily. I can post pics and settings later if need be.
Gtx 1080 OC
I7 6700k OC 4.7
32 ram
Ssd hard drive

Also, a thing that kinda helped was going into the 64 bit. I still get 55 OBS FPS at 17% cpu ussage. I want a constant 60 in OBS...

Why are you using display capture at all?
Why do you have multiple display capture sources across your scenes?

Is that the issue? I've been using OBS the exact same way for years and have never had issues. Should I try to use window captures instead?

Reduce the number of scenes.
If you absolutely MUST use display capture in a scene, try to keep that scene in a different collection.

Ideally if you're caputring games, you should be using game capture instead of window capture or display capture.
