Obs runs 70% of gpu usage for a while(with recording and streaming), then suddenly its hit 100% 3d usage (with no recording or stream at all

If I am in a browser (while writing this) obs is chill and nothing happans (1th picture) but if I suddenly click anywhere else, its straight up to 100% 3d usage

I am creating a video rn, game is opened, with obs (recording) then I open the video in Vegas pro, always doing it like that, and normally there is no problem

but after like record 2-3 video, ingame fps (locked 60) downfall to 10, vegas and the whole pc is lagging(2th pic) (no stream no recording)

WTF is HAPPENING?

Only certain versions of Vegas can import mkv's. Check the specs for the version you are using. I don't see mkv being supported in v21. You may need to remux to mp4, Quicktime, AVI, ect.
