SO I reset my computer to fix bugs from windows 10, and I'm putting everything back to normal. Before i did this, I'd be streaming high quality footage at 60 fps, and it would only go up to 15%. But now, even when I have NO sources, it shoots up to 90%, just to do nothing. i have no idea what to do, my encoding is very fast, my bitrate is 3500 which it can handle. But idk why it does this.
