Question / Help OBS + Rising Storm 2 BETA = Dropped frames at low settings

Hello guys, yesterday i received a key for the RO2 Vietnam beta and i tried to twitch the gameplay but the result was a massively dropped frames stream.

I was using the same settings for my others streams that function normally.

Could it be a problem with the game ¡?, or the DX11 used for the game ¡?

I usually stream games like RO, Paladins, GTAV, The Division.

My hardware: Core I7 6700, GTX750Ti

OBS Settings:
Bitrate: 1600 + CBR checked
Resolution: 720p, 60fps
Coder: x264
Preset: fast or veryfast
