Question / Help OBS, RipSaw, PS4 slows down PC

Hello folks,
i have a big issue. Im using OBS Studio. I try to capture my PS 4.
OBS recognizes the PS4 i see the preview Video. But after 1 sec it slowes down my PC.

I try many things...
-checked Cable Setup
-re installed OBS
-try other ports to plugin
-try Streamlabs OBS
-asked a friend which uses a RipSaw for the same Options in OBS
-followed youtube tutorials
-used HDMI Splitter and no HDMI Splitter
-update my driviers via Driver Booster 4
-searched the internet for other people with this problem

at this point i dont know what to do...
is my RipSaw broke or is it a problem from Win 10

Certain Windows 10 Gaming features are turned on and interfere with OBS by putting additional load on your CPU and GPU. Please disable Game bar, Game DVR and Game DVR Background Recording via Windows Settings app.

Do that, and then post a log with an actual streaming or recording session.

ok i started a recording session and then i go to "help" and sent u last log ... i try again

i have 98% lost frames and it seams my ethernet breaks up .... could that be?
