OBS requiring restart after ending a recording

Recently, I've had an issue where every time I end a recording and go to start another one, the "Start Recording" button looks like it works fine, but doesn't actually start a recording, but, when I restart OBS it says it's minimized in the system tray, even though I disabled minimizing.

Did you installed a AMD software update recently? If so, which version?

I have the same problem. Have to terminate OBS in task manager after I end a recording to start another one. I have an AMD RX 6900 XT and have this problem with Radeon Software 21.6.2 & 21.7.1
