OBS Replay Buffer clips look horrible, despite settings.

Hey,
I have been using replay buffer for a few months now to take clips when I play games. I take my clips in 240fps 1080p and then I resample the clips to 60fps, which looks a lot better on youtube. I have been using settings that a friend gave me, and they haven't given me any problems. Yesterday I tried to clip something and the quality was absolutely horrible. The resolution looks super low and the framerate is really laggy/choppy. There is also a delay in the audio. Ever since then I haven't been able to find out what the problem is.

Some things that I have noticed:
- If I have obs on game capture, the clips look good BUT once I tab into the game they go back to looking terrible.
-The file size of the bad clips are significantly smaller than the good ones. For example, a 35 second clip that looked bad was 66mb, and a 35 second clip that looked good from a few weeks ago is 624mb.

I've been trying to fix this for a while now but I cant figure it out, so if anyone has any ideas that would be fantastic.
Thanks.
