OBS replay buffer clips are laggy

So i started recently using obs and was using it to record clips for when i play games and it was good but all of a sudden now when i go into my file explorer and look and my clips they are all in really low fps and unwatchable all my new and old clips. I am not sure what to do to fix this issue.

also if this helps i can hear the audio in the clips just fine just the gameplay is laggy and unwatchable
