OBS remote is a plugin created by a community member. The development has halted for quite a long time as far as I know. Also for OBS the development has pretty much halted.
For OBS-MP someone will have to write a new plugin with the OBS-Remote functionality. But I personally doubt it will have options to edit scenes remotely.
OBS is a streaming and recording application. You will probably want to look into using VNC or Teamviewer.
