Question / Help OBS refusing to stream. Please help!

Hey guys,

So OBS has stopped being able to stream for me. I was using Streamlabs OBS until recently, it was just a complete nightmare, but I had the same issue over there. The notification reads "Starting output failed. Please check the log for details." I've attached the log below, and I've reinstalled my video drivers, to no avail. Hoping someone can help me! I've had no problems until now.

Somehow fixed this by running OBS as admin. If anyone could enlighten me as to why this is a fix for future reference, it would be appreciated :)
