Hello gentlemen,
I've a quite curious problem I can't resolve or find any "can't be solved" post on the internets: recorded videos (and probably streams because it's the same encoder) looks interlaced. Here it is with the basic FFMPeg VAAPI encoder, but I have the same result with x264, GStreamer VAAPI, and so on. Happens only with OBS Studio, not other screen recorders. The video is not upscaled.
Configuration:

Configuration:
- OS: Arch Linux x86_64, but same problem with Ubuntu
- GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX 5700 XT
- OBS: OBS 28.0.2-tytan652 (but again, same problem with the Ubuntu PPA or Flathub versions), no plugin for the picture above
- Same with Wayland or X.org
