OBS Records in Segments

We are recording and streaming at the same time. Recently our recordings are broken up into random lengths from 2 minutes to 40 minutes.

Any thoughts?

Per pinned post in this forum, please provide OBS log from Recording session where that happened (link to post in my .sig)
Recordings being broken up is usually a settings that a user sets within OBS (not something OBS chooses to do on its own)
