I'm not sure what's going on, but this is the first time this has happened to me. I'm trying to record a video of the Elite: Dangerous horizons beta, but OBS keeps dropping down bellow 40fps, while my game sits solidly above 60. I've been able to record Elite at 60 before, so I'm not sure whats going on.

Ignore warnings bout monitor capture, I'm not using these ATM (only game capture).
Please ignore the @4ghz, I have it overclocked to 4.6 or 4.7, don't remember which (also high temps because game is running in background).
