OBS Records 20 files instead of 1.

Hello,
I am new to OBS and I am trying it out just in case I need to post proof of an item. Whenever I click the record button it makes multiple videos that are each 5 seconds long.

HELP!!!!!

You've selected HLS (m3u8) as your recording output, so OBS is working as designed. Set it back to MKV if you want to record a continuous video.
