Hi, I’ve been having an issue lately where about 50% of the time my OBS will record everything perfectly fine. However, the other 50% of the time, the only audio that gets captured will be my games audio and none of the voice chats will be recorded. It’s become very annoying to record an entire video and see that my sliders appear to be capturing the audio perfectly fine, but then after finally ending my recording and going to review my footage to edit, I will find that the audio tracks for both my voice and my chats voices are not there.
As I said, this happens about half of the time. So I’m very lost on what the issue could be. I’ve gone through and checked to make sure all my tracks are set up correctly. I am recording with all 6 audio tracks by the way. I’ve even gone through and checked my mixers settings(GoXLR) in depth. I also verified that my audio tracks are not conflicting and are all separated. But after checking that I could not find anything wrong. Not to mention, even my game audio is being routed through the mixer and into OBS so it would make no sense for it to be the mixer. It has left me really stuck right now with what could possibly be happening and also very annoyed that some really good recordings just aren’t able to be used because of this.
If anyone can lend me some advice or pointers on this, please do! Thank you!
*note, I did just update to the newest version of OBS today, but this was happening with the previous version as well*
