obs recordings look a little grainy when using capture card (they seem fine with pc games)

Hi there Ive noticed some quality problems when recording. I use Simple recording mode with indistinguishable quality. I record and stream at 1080p 60fps. I notice that when i do a stream with my capture card the quality isnt great sometimes, I use an Elgato HD60S. log file I can provide a link to a recording if that helps aswell
