Question / Help OBS Recordings keep dropping frames

Everytime I try to recording in 60 FPS or even in 50 FPS, the recording (not the game) keeps dropping frames every few seconds, any real fix for this? tried to search a lot and didn't find anything that helped me

post your logfile after recording for at least 5 minutes along with your game actively moving around.
