Question / Help Obs Recordings in Small Screen

Ok so I use OBS to record my minecraft gameplay and I record my minecraft with the game minimized instead of full screen. After looking at my recordings I found out that playing my minecraft in full screen while recording has x5 better image quality than recording minecraft in a minimized screen. So I want to record minecraft in a minimized screen so I can get better fps and I was wondering if their are any settings I have to adjust to get my image quality like the fullscreen minecraft recording.
