Question / Help OBS recordings have really bad fps, pls help.

My recordings have low fps.
Specs:
Titan X (Pascal)
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

There's no recording attempt in those logs. Do a ~30sec recording, stop, and with OBS still open, go to help->logs->upload current log file.

Update Windows. Turn Game DVR off. Run OBS as Admin. Set the output resolution to 1920x1080. In the Output settings, set your rerecording settings here. Check the box for Rescale Output and set it to 1280x720. Go to Recording tab. For Encoder use (Use stream encoder). I assume you're using NVENC.

According to your logs, your recordings are perfect.

What program are you using to view your recordings? The default program in windows does not play back high framerate video correctly. VLC is the recommended program to view back recordings.

when i put it into my editing software, (DaVinci Resolve) it still has low framerate

You may be running into the issue windows 10 has with different framerates on your monitors. Try running both monitors at 60hz and check for stuttering in the recording.
