Question / Help OBS recordings drop frames playing PC Games

I've just been doing some test recordings of BO2 and FO4 and in the recordings my frames drop, its only on the recording and not in game.

This seems to be happening to a lot of people recently including myself, was speaking to a moderator for hours yesterday and still no fix however some people have said that right click game capture, click properties and disable multi media compatibility (if it is checked)
