OBS recordings come out pretty laggy!

Hello! I am using OBS to record my GTA and therefore sometimes some of the videos are coming out as extremely laggy and unviewable.

This is my log file, I am begging for some help!

1- Turn ON Game Mode in Windows settings.
2- Run OBS in admin mode.
3- Download codec AAC, link: Apple codec
- No install !, extract with Winrar to any folder.
- Inside folder, install only AppleApplicationSupport64
- Reboot PC

OBS settings to local recording with NVENC (new) encoder:

Output:
Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC (new)
Rescale: uncheck
Rate control: CQP
CQ Level: 20
Keyframe: 0
Preset: Quality
Profile: high

Audio:
Sample Rate: 48 kHz

Video:
Base (canvas): Your monitor resolution
Output: Your output resolution
Downscale: Bicubic
Common FPS: 60
