OBS Recordings being replaced?

I have been recording clips on OBS for a while now, and I have realized that my files are being replaced each time I try to record a new video. Each video is saved as .mkv, so when a new one is recorded it takes its place and now I am missing a bunch of recordings. Are the files actually lost or are they being moved somewhere else?
 
Don't know what you did in setting the recording's file name...

Please go to Settings, Advanced, group Recording: Filename Formatting What does that field contain?
Try to set it to %CCYY-%MM-%DD %hh-%mm-%ss

That field was filled with nothing, so I inputted that
