Question / Help OBS Recordings Are Laggy

I am trying to record some game play of csgo and whenever I record, the recording is very laggy and it stutters a lot. My game isn't laggy at all, infact it runs very smoothly. However, the recording does not. Does anyone know the proper settings I should use to fix this issue?
