OBS Recording Won't Stop

I don't know why but yesterday when I finished recording a video, obs wouldn't stop, I let it sit for maybe 3 hours and it still wouldn't stop. Today I tried recording the footage from yesterday (the file is technically accessible, I just can't throw it into DaVinci nor manually move where I am in the video but it is playable) and it wouldn't stop recording again. I'd really appreciate some support with this because I have no idea what's wrong and this hasn't happened in the past.
