Obs recording very low framerate video.

Hi! For some reason, my OBS output is very low framerate. When I am recording, it is fine, around 60 fps, but the output lags extremely. In this clip that is linked, I am in the main menu with 70 fps and it is so laggy. I do not know why this is happening, but I tried to uninstall and reinstall. It did work but then after a couple of recordings, it went back to that. Can someone please help me. Thanks in advance. Also, here is a video of what the output was. https://imgur.com/a/TfE2Kog
 
Cap your games at 60 FPS. If still having issues then

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
