OBS recording too bright

So i wanted to stream rocket league but my OBS recording is alot brighter than my screen itself. I checked in settings but found nothing so i searched up on google for solutions and found a video that said to change my color range from partial to full but that didnt work. I checked in the NVIDIA control panel but nothing worked. It started happening today and i streamed like 2 months ago and it was fine.
