I've just started using OBS and everytime I record my video seems to be super laggy. I changed some of the settings and it wasn't laggy but the resolution was blurry. Is there anyway I could get a clear and non laggy video? I'm using Macbook pro 2018

Lower your resolution. Lower your framerate. You are not getting 1440p60 out of a macbook.
For any more detailed feedback, provide a logfile that includes a recording session. Open OBS, begin recording, observe your issue, stop the recording, then upload the current log without quitting OBS.

I lowered my framerate and resolution, the recording isn't laggy anymore but the video is still very blurry.
