Question / Help OBS Recording Studdering

Hello OBS forums, i have never used this before so let me know if im going something wrong.

I've been trying to record Minecraft Game play videos for YouTube, but when i look at the recording file every second or so it stutters badly.

Computer Specs:
Intel Core i3-4150 CPU
Windows 10 operating system 964 bit)
Intel HD Graphics 4400

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

Also i am using obs 32 bit and im a 64 system, that might be the issue. I'll try both :)

Ok now, the only first second of the recording shows up, then its frozen for the rest of the recording, I am using monitor capture

Use game capture instead. If the problem continues please post an updated log (don't upload it to some file sharing site, use the upload function built into OBS).
