Hey all,
Since the April Update to windows 10 I've had some major issues with FPS of my streams/recording. OBS seems to be not able to hold a constant 60 fps when I stream using CPU encoding or record locally with my GPU (Maintaining 60FPS was not an issue for either in the past). I've checked to make sure thermals/usage were good on both my CPU and GPU (both are under 20% with good temps across the board).
heres the log file:

You can see the dropped frames on both GPU and CPU encoding....
This issue occurs almost immediately when I open OBS and immediately after hitting record/stream. And it will hover in FPS until it locks out 60FPS a minute or 2 later.
Also updating to 21.1.2 has not resolved this issue!
If anyone has any suggestions to fix this please let me know!
Thanks
