my record always blurry, already change the settings canvas or source resolution still get blurry video. Help please

Could you solve the problem already?

I have the similar problem with my Ryzen 5 2600 and RX580. I tried to change the resolution from the recordings and also the fps. The result is always the same. I tried to follow this guides:

and also other guids online.

You can try a diffrent downscale filter flike Lanzos, this could help. Also the Bitrate seams to have a huge impact on this problem.

The problem I had, I changed the stream bitrate and not the recording bitrate. When I set up everything according to the second link it works for me.
Try the same settings as they have, except the resolution. The resolution you have should be ako. Also go back to 30fps, if you get a good picture you still can change back.

I still have a dark stream, but I working on it.
