OBS Recording Not Smooth

Ive recently started recording videos for Rock Band with the elagto 4k capture software. Im looking to move to OBS to be able to record with masks on to make my videos easier to make. Im testing recording and all recordings I'm doing aren't smooth, not super janky but just doesn't look perfect. Ive tried NVENC old and New, x264, different settings but nothing is looking perfectly smooth to me. When recording with the 4k capture software I dont notice anything wrong.

That one shows that everything on the OBS side was mostly fine.

Why are you adding your video capture device to multiple differently named sources?
 
adding 2 different mask filters, one for the chart portion of the video, one for the score, need to be able to be moved independently and then a 3rd to use the Source Record plug in to record an unedited copy of the footage
 
You may be better served by using a single source for all three and applying the filters to nested scenes instead of to individual sources.
