obs recording looks extremely strange

whenever i try to record the recording looks so bad!, quality is alright, fps is alright, but the recording is very bad, 1st image is the recording, 2nd is the pc, i tried all things possible like disabaling hardware acceleration, auto config wizard etc, nothing worked, also here is log:https://obsproject.com/logs/VIPs5h7tg3tnrCQ6

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it suggest. Do not change them. Restart OBS. Please, do restart OBS. Yes, it's important to restart OBS.
Test as is.
Now you can start exoerimenting changing the quality presets. Do not use advanced output.

Wait, i found the mistake, when i try to watch the vid, windows 10 makes it look bad, so the recording is fine..... but thanks!
