Question / Help OBS recording lag

While im recording my fps in game lags like crazy. So help with this would be awesome.
I'm not that tech smart but i have tried playing with my encoding area to try and lower it. I'm just not sure what to do. :/

Your log file is incomplete and doesn't include any of the interesting parts.

i think my cpu might be meh ;=; here's another log idk if that will help

It does look pretty bad. Try Ultrafast preset and cut your encoding FPS to 30.
