Obs REcording is washed out?? need help

My gameplay recording fps is smooth and the colors in my gameplay are bright and deep, but when i playback the recording in any media player, all the colors are off or washed, like my deep bright red reticle looks more grayish in my recording, i set color range to full and still same problem, anyone know what else i can do? ill post the gameplay screenshot and the recording screenshot maybe you can see ill also post logs
