Hi, I'm extremely frustrated because no matter what I do my recording looks low quality/blurry. I'm recording Roblox videos. When I play Roblox it looks perfect quality and so does the OBS preview.
I'm recording in 1920x1080p Base and Output resolution.
I've tried literally every recording setting. I've changed the file type. I've tried NVIDIA encoder and x264 encoder. I've used CBR with a bitrate going from 5000 all the way up to 100,000. I've used CQP going from 25 to 4. VBR too. A keyframe interval of 0s and 2s. Every single preset. High quality tuning. Every multipass mode. High profile. And Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning on/off. 0 GPU and 2 Max B-Frames. OBS is in admin mode.
Here is the weird part, I've viewed it using Windows Media Player, Capcut, Davinci Resolve, and viewed it 1080p on YouTube. In all of them it looks low quality/blurry. I've recorded Tiktoks in 1080x1920 and they look perfect. I have a 2560x1440p monitor and I've recorded in 2560x1440p Base and Output resolution and it looks perfect.
I understand that 1080p will look lower quality for me. But when I watch my videos in 1080p, it is MUCH worse than it should be. I watch other people's Roblox videos in 1080p, and they don't look anywhere near as bad. There is a clear visual difference between my videos in 1080p and their videos. Even when uploading in 2k and watching in 1080p. I've read every guide and they all say things like record in 12 CQP or 12,000kps, I record in 4 CQP or 100,000kps and it's still blurry. Please help me ):
