OBS recording is laggy but the game is not.

I can run my game smoothly but OBS shows it as lagging even when not recording. Even when not playing anything or nothing is open, obs is lagging. It was running fine a week or two ago now I can have a good recording without having it at 30fps, which I don't want. I tried many things but nothing has worked. I have a GTX 1660 ti, i7-9700, 16gb ram.
 
you have to go to settings, then you have to go to output. then go to recording tab, set simple to advanced. then go to encoder, and choose your graphics card, then set the recording as an Mp4 data. after this, go to the video tab. you should've seen the fps. set your fps as 60 when you have a good computer, if not, i recommend you, to set it 30 this can be a little big laggy. after this, click apply, then you're all set.
