OBS recording is darker and/or blurrier than shown in game

Ive had this issue for months and have looked everywhere for a solution, I have an RTX 3080 and Ryzen 5 5600x, this issue not only occurs in games, but also just general recording like my browser. Text is blurrier and is really annoying me. The video is signifacantly less sharp than the game. I have provided a log of my obs https://obsproject.com/logs/piB3Cg6dX47EBpbj
