OBS recording gets stuck on one frame, and sticks to it until I see

I use OBS as clipping software (like Shadowplay, AMD Relive or Medal.tv) and everything is great except this; the recording, seemingly at random, fixes itself on one frame, and any clips saved while this glitch is active are just that one frame (seen in screenshot [the audio still saves]). When I notice the glitch I can always easily fix it, literally just by repeatedly clicking the sources in my scene, the problem is, because I use OBS for clipping, it's very rare that I notice it, and I end up losing many moments to the glitch.

This has been happening for probably a year. I cannot pinpoint when it happens, I only notice after it does.

I don't know how anything works but I think it might be a conflict of having two sources for video recording (Game Capture & Display Capture), because as far as I can tell it only happens in this one game that I frequently alt tab out of (meaning the scenes switch a lot)
 
Same here, from the screenshots it seems like youre playing minecraft which oddly enough is what my capture always gets stuck at. It has happened twice to me, both after playing minecraft.
