This is happening in standard OBS and OBS Studio.

Not too sure why this has started happening recently. Also unsure if this is happening only with Overwatch when its being captured using OBS's Game Capture functionality as I don't have any other games on this machine that are intensive at the moment.
So, whenever I click over to Overwatch, the framerate on OBS on my other monitor goes down to the sub 20 range (game still runs at normal over 60 fps range), but whenever I Alt+Tab out and make OBS my active window (OBS and OBS Studio), it goes right up to 60 fps where I have it set. The game is still getting updated on the preview too, but at 60 fps. I guess this is happening because OBS is not being prioritized enough when it's no the active window. I just don't know why it started to do this when it hasn't before.
EDIT:
Also just found out that apparently it still runs at a decent framerate if I have Google Chrome or any other software set as my active window (it runs at around 54 fps when doing this). Only when I switch back to Overwatch does it dip back down to sub 20.
