OBS Recording Error (Windows 10)

Hey there! Thanks for reading this. (I already posted the issue on the Discord Server which im mostly use Discord than the Forums for the issue im facing with)

So my recording just suddenly stopped working and then it doesnt let me record anymore:

I followed the error instructions regarding the VIrus and then once i tried, this pops out:

Is there a way to fix this? I've already did the following:
- I had plenty of space on the disk
- I Reinstalled OBS
- Tried Running it as an Administrator
- All the Drivers are up to date
- OBS is on the latest Update
