OBS Recording Choppy in Minecraft Lunar Client

I have a very powerful PC thats runs minecraft at 1000 FPS. But When i open OBS and go Fullscreen in Minecraft it becomes laggy even though its showing i have a high framerate. But when im not on fullscreen everything is smooth. Now Recording, I record at 240 FPS with 15,000 KBPS Bitrate. And whenever I see my recordings they're very choppy and laggy and freezes every few seconds. Please help, I really want smooth renders.

Don't render frames you can't see. Cap your Minecraft FPS at the refresh rate of your monitor.

How do people manage to get High fps and smooth renders while not capping their FPS?

How do i record smoothly and play smoothly while having uncapped cps? Most Minecraft Youtubers dont have it uncapped

Yeah, I found that when you minimize OBS it fixes it.

I wasted hours trying to look for a fix because my game was extremely choppy when playing while recording, even though it shows that I have good fps. Out of all the solutions that I did, this is the one that fixed it? After I minimized obs, my game was running much smoother. Thank you
