OBS recording choppy and low FPS...

Hi, I was going to record something but realised that everything was suddenly choppy. I watched a youtube video and it was still really choppy.

SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER
RAM: 16GB

Please help, again I have no idea why this is happening.
