Question / Help OBS Recording causing games to lag.

I have been having a problem where I get FPS drops when I record. These FPS drops make the game extremely laggy and difficult to play. This problem is extremely bad with OBS-MP (I using MP because normal OBS doesn't have multiple audio inputs/outputs). MP recordings even stutter when I playback. In normal OBS, you really can't tell if there is lag.
