Question / Help OBS recording black screen

Hi I am using OBS 21.1.2 64 bit on windows 10 but when I try and record I just get a black screen though I can still hear the sounds and microphone how do I solve this?

I have tried Game capture, window capture and display capture but none of them show anything except the cursor
